African history has been largely “defined” or recreated by the conquerors over the last century and their own cultural biases and perceptions, and her people primarily promoted through negative stereotypes. It is easy to conquer a people if you debase their history and decide they are worth subjugating and erase their true history. That is what happened during the slave trade not so long ago that changed slave global slave dynamics from white to black. Consequently a lot of truth has been lost. The true history of Africa is more amazing that one can imagine, full of exploration, innovation, artistic expression, and scientific wisdom.
