About This Empowerment Club Blogging
St Secillia Primary is one of five schools involved in the pilot project of ZanaA’s EmpowerNet Club Program. Run by ZanaA program trainer, Kaye Matekere, there are 20 girls in the clubs at St Secillia. The girls range from ages 10- 14, this brings an exciting and unique dynamic to the class as the younger girls have the opportunity to learn from the older girls about the challenges they face while navigating the obstacles of puberty.
