- Why Zanaa: I always wanted to be in a place where I can be able to touch the lives of my fellow young people, especially the girl child. This is because I was unhappy with the way the girl child was being treated and all the social injustices that she was to go through in her daily life. When ZanaA came to being, I just felt right to be part of it as works with the people in Kibera.

Bio:
I was born in Nairobi in 1987 and grew up in the slums of Kibera. After high school, I joined ZanaA and was trained to be a facilitator. At ZanaA am working as a facilitator to about five schools a week, as I also run a business for selling air time on whole sale prices. To start the business, I got a loan from ZanaA.
